She is a great communicator, a wonderful artist and designer, infinitely patient and willing to help, was intuitive enough to look at my old website, talk with me a bit, and came up with what I consider brilliant, soothing, inviting designs. All this, and the websites she designs are client-maintained - which means I can go in and change whatever I want without having to contact her or pay extra. She is the absolute best!
